Affiliate terms

These terms sit alongside our main Terms of Service.

Who can take part

Every Creator Roam user can claim one invite link and take part, on a free or paid account. You must be able to receive payments through our payout provider when you reach the payout threshold.

How a referral is recorded

• The creator must join through your invite link. We record you as their referrer when they create their account.
• That record does not change. A referral cannot be moved to another promoter later, and signups that happened before your link was used cannot be credited to you.
• One promoter per creator. If a creator arrives through more than one link, the link used at signup is the one recorded.

What counts as a qualifying referral

A referral qualifies when, within 90 days of joining, the creator:

• Connects at least one social platform to Creator Roam.
• Reaches at least 500 followers in total across their connected platforms. Followers combine, so 300 on Instagram and 200 on TikTok would count towards your referrals.

Qualifying creators receive 7 days of Creator Pro free, with no card required. The trial starts when they qualify, not when they join. If they are already on Pro, no trial is added.

Commission

• 25% of everything a qualifying referral purchases, for their first 12 paid months.
• 30% at the VIP tier, reached at 50 qualifying referrals and 20 paid referrals.
• 25% of everything they purchase. Right now the only thing a creator can buy on Creator Roam is Creator Pro, so today that means Pro payments. Commission is worked out on the amount paid after tax and discounts.
• Refunds and chargebacks reduce commission. If one of your referral's payments is refunded after commission was credited, we adjust your future earnings. You will not owe us money. Future commission covers the difference first.

Payouts

• Commission becomes available 30 days after each payment.
• Payouts start at $50 USD. When you first reach $50 you can add payout details inside Share and earn. No need to add them until then.
• Payouts are reviewed before sending. Most are processed within a few business days of approval.
• Keep your payout details correct. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you gave us that were wrong.

Promoting Creator Roam honestly

These rules protect you as much as us. A referral earned by misleading a creator can be removed, along with its commission.

• Say only what is true. Never claim Creator Roam has features, prices, results, or offers that it does not have. If you are unsure, check the site or ask us.
• Share your real experience. Do not invent earnings, bookings, or results, and do not promise that anyone will earn a set amount.
• Disclose the relationship. Where you post your link, make clear that you may earn commission, as advertising rules in your country require.
• No spam. Do not send bulk unsolicited messages, and follow the rules of any group, forum, or community you post in.
• Search and reading traffic is welcome. Creators who find your blog or content through a search engine or an AI assistant and then join are normal referrals. Traffic must come from real content and real people choosing to join.
• No paid ads on our name. Do not bid on Creator Roam, CreatorRoam, or close variations of our name in paid search, and do not run ads that copy our site or imply you are Creator Roam.
• Do not impersonate us. Do not use our name or branding in a domain, page, handle, or profile in a way that suggests you are Creator Roam.
• No manufactured signups. Do not create accounts yourself, use bots or automated signups, pay people only to join, or offer rewards in exchange for joining. Signups made to game the program do not qualify and do not earn commission.
• No forced or hidden clicks. Do not use hidden links, pop ups, auto redirects, or anything that sets a referral without a person knowingly choosing to visit.
• Respect other people's rights and the law. Do not use content, images, or data you have no right to use, and follow the advertising and privacy laws that apply to you.

What happens if a rule is broken

We may remove referrals gained in breach of these terms, withhold or reverse related commission, pause payouts, or close your invite link. For honest mistakes we will usually talk to you first. For fraud we may act straight away.

Changes to the program

We may change commission rates, qualification rules, or these terms for future referrals. Changes will be posted on this page. Referrals already recorded keep the commission terms they qualified under, unless a change is required by law.

Your relationship with us

You promote Creator Roam as an independent creator or business, not as our employee or agent. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on commission you receive.
